THE ANSWER LIES AT THE SITE . 2nd PLOT FROM THE CROSSING OF JAMES LONG SARANI AND SISTER NIBEDITA ROAD. NEUTRAL INTERROGATION WILL REVEAL THE TRUTH.
- AT THAKURPUKUR SITE (2nd Plot from Crossing of James Long Sarani and Sister Nibedita Road, Kolkata 700 063). The 5 Mullicks themselves – Subal, Nilmani, Amar, Samar & Sanat Mullick. Especially Amar Mullick. And the 2 Sisters. THEY KNOW THE PROMOTERS /REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS. These people have obviously visited and inspected the Site.
- AT THAKURPUKUR SITE : Mr. Sunil Mukherji , who stays opposite the Mullicks. Neighbour for 16 years. Also entire Mukherji Family. Mrs. Mukherji is extremely friendly with the Mullicks. Much information has been gathered from him.
AT THAKURPUKUR SITE :
- Specific Shop-owners like Mamata Bastralaya (at corner of James Long - Sister Nibedita crossing)
- Nalanda Builders,
- many people at the Tea- Shop owned by Samar Mullick across the street,
- people who come to Mousumi Makeover, IOCA Computer Centre.
- Other shops like Tailor Shop, Hair Saloon, Medicine Shop, Jewellery Shop, Rickshaw Stand at Crossing of Sister Nibedita – James Long Sarani, Phuchkawala.
- Residents of Vaastu G+4 Building besides Site. Have Full List.
THEY KNOW THE PROMOTER.
- 2 Clubs very near Site. Vivekananda Club and the other Clubs. The boys at the Playground opposite Thakur Nivas.
- Residents along Sister Nibedita Road. Densely populated. Vivekananda Girls’ School and Vivekananda Boys’ school.
Now, note these Strange accidents / incidents that happened in the life of Mr. Debajyoti Dutta-Roy since about June 2008.
He thought at first that he was being too much suspicious. Probably those near-miss accidents and happenings were coincidental. He traverses from the southern fringes of the city to as north as Bagbazar, as west as BBD Bagh, or as east as Salt Lake.But there emerged a clear PATTERN in the STRING OF EVENTS.ALL THOSE INCIDENTS / MISHAPS OCCURED WITHIN 500 METERS OF HIS HOME !
EXCEPT FOR ONE WHICH OCCURRED APPROX. 1.5 KM FROM HIS HOUSE.
Here's the list of 5 events which occured within 3-4 months (June 2008 to September 2008) :
1. Auto taken from Baghajatin crossing to Garia. Mr. Dutta-Roy was on the front right hand side of the auto. Soon he noticed the auto was veering to the right time and time again. Almost 10+ near misses. The passengers were all getting quite alarmed.
And then the inevitable happened. The Right Hand side of the auto crashed head-on into another auto. Location of accident : opposite Westwind Apts. Just near Padmasree Cinema Hall. 1.5 kms from residence.Thank God, a sixth sense had told Mr. Dutta-Roy to withdraw his knee. It was quite a jolt. The front right side was mangled. One rectangular metal piece also came loose and missed by about 6 inches. 2 other passengers were so shaken they fled. Mr. Dutta-Roy and another co-passenger shouted at the driver.
Soon, a crowd gathered. They had seen the proceedings. Since it had hit another auto, even 2 auto drivers joined and said it was this particular auto driver's fault."Dada..sure apnar knee cap shattered hoye jeto..10'ta piece'e" (Meaning: Your knee-cap would have been shattered into 10+ pieces..)
Mr. Dutta-Roy went to a hair saloon at the old 45 bus-stop, where he used to go quite frequently, and told his story.
2. Cycle Rickshaw taken from Big Bazar to Patuli. Location : Patuli Crossing. At the right hand turn from the E.M.Bypass to the Connector, a State Bus almost crashes into the Cycle Rickshaw. It braked just 2 feet short of the rickshaw. This time there was no contact. But the rickshaw puller was himself surprised. Mr. Dutta-Roy confirmed with the rickshaw puller. He kept saying - it was real strange.
3. Minor incident. (could be coincidental) . Just 200 meters from the Patuli taxi stand, a green 8-seater Vehicle (SUV) veered from the right to left. The taxi driver almost swerved into the ditch. Note : This could be mere coincidence.
4. Auto travel. 500 meters from residence. Mr. D. Dutta-Roy was seated in the back right hand side. There was only 1 other person in the back seat on the left hand side. A mini-bus swerves towards the right hand side. Location : just after the Petrol Pump. Before Friends' Diagnostics. Narrow miss. The auto driver was a bit shaken. He said "real strange"
5. Mr. Debajyoti Dutta-Roy went to Alipur Judges Court 20+ times. Generally, on his way back, he takes a taxi right from inside Alipur Judges’ Court. This is because it is one of the safest places in West Bengal.
One day, he went out of Alipur Judges’ Court, and was moving forward as he could not find a taxi. Somebody carrying a dark-colored jhola bag was approaching him from front. From a long distance, he started looking at Mr. Dutta-Roy very intensely. He had a steady gaze on Mr. Dutta-Roy. This, he noticed from the corner of his eye.
When the distance was closer, he put his hand inside bag. Came towards him from right to left. Note left hand side in that area before Hastings House is trapped – railing with few gaps. It was then, that Mr. Dutta-Roy made direct eye contact. He knows this tactic. This he had learnt from his past experiences when confronted with animals in the wild. As well as one experience when he was threatened by a man with a knife.
The person did not do anything. Got nervous. Then brushed past him. Mr. Dutta-Roy then hurriedly ran..found a gap..crossed to other side. Got a taxi or an auto. Doesn’t remember, it was traumatic. Fled.ALL THE ABOVE 5 INCIDENTS, OR AT LEAST 3, ARE CONNECTED IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER WITH POLITICIAN- PROMOTER NEXUS AT THE PROPERTY SITE.
AT ALIPUR JUDGES’ COURT, MR. D. DUTTA-ROY COULD NOT GET THE PAPERS EVEN AFTER TRYING FOR 1 YEAR. HE WAS INFORMED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THAT SOME MID-LEVEL PROMOTER WAS BLOCKING COURT PAPERS FROM #5 COURT.
CELL PHONE TAPPING. (Note : This was used to collect information on Mr. Debajyoti Dutta-Roy).
Since June 2008, cell phone calls made from Mr. D. Dutta-Roy's number were seen to have "background noise". These noises were in the form of 2 male voices. Sometimes they were overheard ."eikhane.." whenever mention regarding a valuable piece of info was made.
THE RECORDINGS WERE BEING MADE SELECTIVELY.
BECAUSE THE 2 VOICES WERE SEEN TO HURRIEDLY SAY SOMETHING, AND THEN THE “CLICK” SOUND OF RECORDING STOPPED.
Certain calls made to relatives who were in the Indian Army also were "tapped". After this was pointed out, the "tapping" stopped for a long time. These people WERE AFRAID of Army people. So it's obvious it's not the I.B.(Intelligence Bureau) , the C.B.I. or the S.I.B. even. At least not the "core people".
It did start again.
It was noticed that these "tappings" were made most enthusiastically when calls were made from Mr. Dutta-Roy's number to near relatives and near friends.
When Mr. Dutta-Roy told friends and relatives that there were specifically 2 male voices, the people tapping his phones got clever.
Then 1 female and 1 male voice were heard. Or 2 female voices.
Careful analysis of the Dept. of Telecommunication records would yield the truth.
6. Mr. Dutta-Roy deliberately made some bogus references whenever he felt his cell phone was being tapped. Invariably, these bogus references cropped up in certain verbal conversations. Bogus reference like he had contacts in the I.B. Reaction – “Orre ki hobe”. Or reference to some Muslim friend, and then the 2 persons tapping the phone were really scared.
Most funny, the day he discussed on phone that he was sure within 100 meters of finding the exact property spot, the 2 voices were heard – “Spot’ ta peye jabe” (Meaning : “They’ll get to locate the exact property spot”)
After these, he did take the precaution of using PCO's (Thank God, you public booth guys are still there), to communicate valuable information to certain people, as also send "hard evidence".
7. Internet Connection. Mr. Dutta-Roy's using the Net since 1989.
So he knows quite a few tricks.
After the bizarre things that started happening after the property dispute, and Mr. Dutta-Roy knew HIS LIFE WAS IN DANGER, he increased his means of accessing the Net.
Means of accessing the Net:
Internet-on-Cable(IOC). Private Service Provider. 256 kbps – 512 kbps.
Plug-In Pen-USB. 153 kbps
Dial-Up Private operator. 56 kbps.
Dial-Up Public operator. 56 kbps.
CDMA Private Net Connection. 150 kbps.
Cellphone Private Net Connection (2 connections). 100 kbps (not sure)
Internet-on-Cable(IOC). Public Service Provider. 256 kbps – 1 MBps.
The first casualty was the high speed one - Internet-on-Cable(IOC). Private Service Provider. 256 kbps .
The Network Diagnostics showed there were 4 DNS Servers. Connection became slower and slower. 2, then 3 , then all 4 of the servers started giving Red (meaning no connectivity) and even browsing became impossible.
Funny thing, whenever it was tried on a new PC after contacting the H.Q., there was a time lag, in which normal speed was observed. Soon after, the same pattern was noticed - the 4 DNS servers going down one by one.
So, this first option had to be cancelled.
Let me again draw attention to the fact that ALL INCIDENTS OCCURED WITHIN 500 METERS OF HIS HOME !
Mr. Debajyoti Dutta-Roy used the SAME Internet-on-Cable(IOC). Private Service Provider at Bijoygarh. At his ex-boss Tamal Mukherji’s house. For a period of approximately 18 months. However, the Net Speed over there was PERFECT.
One can easily compare the difference in speeds between the 2 locations from the faster rate in which each IP # was accessed, as also other means.
Back at home, the Private Service Provider Plug-in Pen was the next resort. It too came under attack. Speed started dropping. Ultimately it was of no use.
The last resort were the 2 Dial Ups. The primary one directly connected VSNL took some time to fall down. But the one connected with BSNL came down real fast.
Quite conversant with Antiviruses/Anti-spyware-malware-adware, Mr. D.Dutta-Roy tried out a combination of these. But the problem remained. The Net SpeedTesters came really handy.
In desperation he even notified http://www.ic3.gov/ or some other sub-departments in desperation. They did help once, but how could he complain more than once. Problem got rectified.
8. After being reminded of the "gundagiri" of the promoter, maid-servants started "lasting" for a mean period of 7 days. That too where people like "Minati'r Ma" worked for 8 years. Others too worked 3 years.In desperation Mr. Dutta-Roy sent e-mail to some 3 high-ranking officials in the Govt. There was no other way. He did insist that he wished to remain non-political. And he is totally non-political. That is his strength.
THE RECURRENT RESTRICTION OF ACCESS OF NEW MAIDSERVANTS CAUSED MAXIMUM DAMAGE TO THE HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING OF THE DUTTA-ROY FAMILY.
IT WAS DONE IN A COLD, CALCULATED METHODICAL WAY.
9. Then there were the strange people dropping in. Obviously, these people were sent by someone higher up to intimidate the Dutta-Roys. The 2 people from Aquaguard. When asked at the Br.Office, the obvious - "we never send 2".
Then a "saalwala", who made the mistake of specifically asking that he had business with the Dutta-Roys.
Obviously a mastermind was just using these.
Was this Mr. Biman Sengupta or the Promoter he was in touch with ?
